How to Change Baud Rate on R7000 ?

Does anyone know how to change the baud rate on the R7000 ?

Mine is set at 1200 Baud and it is well way too slow ..

I was wondering what the radio is capable of as far as speed (I hope 1200 isnt the maximum) :shock:
