BCD436HP/BCD536HP: How to determine Phase I or II TGs

I've done plenty of searching but can't seem to find a good answer, so I've come here. My area is seeing more older Moto systems get replaced to P25. I've been letting my scanner chew on them for a while in Discovery mode to log and record to determine new TGs and am finding plenty, however when I look at the results in the Discovery Log I see "Audio Type: Digital."

How do I determine if that particular TG is Phase I or II so I can submit data to RR?

On the readout of the 996P2 Uniden scanner Phase II TG you see in the spot where it says "data it changes to "pt0-pt1 when its P2, which is slot1 and slot2.....
