Apologies in advance for what is probably a dumb newbie question. I have searched but can't find the answer.

I've been a RR fan for quite awhile, but almost always as a lurker. I recently signed up for full membership as I really appreciate the info available here.

My impression is that, as a registered member, I could download frequency files to load into my scanners. I use WIN96 for my PRO-2096 and have been 'copy and pasting' the data. I have a road trip coming up so decided to download the info from RR as a .csv file for an import to the scanner. Here comes the embarrassing question:

How do I download the file? It's bound to be obvious, but darned if I can find the magic decoder ring! I see some states have files that can be downloaded but from what I can see are what I consider supplemental information, not the frequency / talk group database. I'm stuck!

Any help appreciated.

Tnx!

I knew it was a dumb question! I was searching RR for a way to do it. Right idea - wrong program - duh!
