How to download to Chirp

I have a Yaesu 2M/440 and I want to download Florida repeater frequencies into it. I have the cable attached and the radio ready to go . I was told the Chirp program works with this radio FT-7800) How do I download those frequencie?. I can see them displayed here but not how to download them. What am i missing?

You type everything you want into Chirp, then use Chirp to download that database that you created into the radio.
