it's encrypted.

You can't hear it, and they don't want you to.

It's muted.

become a legal user on the system and get a radio, otherwise you get what you get.

You can unmute encrypted audio, but all you'll hear is garbled sound. In the menu system of 2.28 open "Control" and click on "Follow/Unmute Encrypted Voice Calls." You'll get the garbled audio.

OP is using DSD+ Public release as indicated in his other thread (shown in 3rd image)

OP also needs to open the documentation (in particular DSDPlus.txt) in the archive DSD+ came in.
This hobby demands reading.

You probably want encrypted voice to be muted else you will hear a bunch of garble.

Or have I misunderstood your issue.

you misunderstood me.

When I hear conversations, I can hear only 20 seconds, the conversation is muted automatically or by a way or other.

I am looking for a solution
