How to lower the noise floor?

Hello everyone,
I am working at the GigaHertz ragne with an antenna that produces a noise floor of -60dB. The expected signal has a peak of -58dB. Just wondering, how can i lower the noise floor to observe a clean signal?

The antenna itself has a noise floor or -60db? Or the receiver the antenna is connected to does?

If the former, move. If the latter, use a lower noise factor front end. (Look into MASER amps - they're old technology but they can dig the sound of sunlight falling on the moon out of the noise. Well ... almost.)
