How to make a thread "sticky" ??

How would one go about making a thread sticky? I have introduced a MAJOR INCIDENTS thread in the New Jersey forum and I would like to know if there is any way to make it into a sticky so it is always on top?

to do this i believe it takes the touch of a moderator to make it a sticky best of luck

Any idea on how to determine who the moderator for the NJ thread is?

Go to the NJ forum. Look in the bottom right hand corner. It says "Loumaag"

Now for the record I don't like most stickies because most people just over look them and ask anyway Also some get so big that it is impossible to find certain info in them. For instance take a look at the Official BCD996T Post Release Thread. Its up to 10 pages and growing and when someone posts a question about a 996 in the Uniden forum they are told to put it in the Official BCD996T Post Release Thread where it can get lost really fast.

Reading through that thread , I can see that MAJOR INCIDENT is a very loose , broad term. :roll:
