How to MUTE from keypad?

How can I 'MUTE' the audio from the keypad on a 436/536?

Normally I run my two 536's using ProScan's Virtual remote control software. There is a speaker icon you can click on to mute the audio instantly if I receive a phone call, etc. I also have a 436 that I have out in public at times. I haven't found a way to do this from the keypad. Am I missing something?

Press the MENU button. That's what I do with my 436 in my car when I need to mute.
