How to operate 10 - 20 Sdr?

Hi
I will operate 10 - 20 SDR Dongles.
My idea is by 2x of this: Delock Produkte Delock 19″ Keystone Patchpanel 24 Port schwarz
Plug the Dongle on the USB Connector: Delock Produkte Delock Keystone Modul USB 2.0 A Buchse > USB 2.0 A Buchse
and on the 2nd Pannel I will use SMA Connectors: Delock Produkte Delock Keystone Modul RP-SMA Buchse > RP-SMA Buchse

Does I need shield the USB Dongle? I will plug it on some Pi2 / 3 and run it over the Network.
When I run a Stick now I see there is a lot of noise.
