BCD396T/BC996T: How to program BCD396T

I have a very old Motorola type 2 near here for chemical firemen

I have programmed my BCD396T with good parameter and I can work fine for years.

Now It can't work anymore

frequencies are 466.525 Mhz
466,7875 Mhz
466.900 Mhz

3 frequencies are changing every day to become the main monitor frequency

BCD396T never switch to the rigth frequency

I try band plan 1 with base frequency 466,525 step 12,5 and offset 380
I put the 3 frequencies in "set frequencies"

look like BCD never find to to go

if 466,525 is monitor , it had to go to 466,7875 and 466,9
if 466,7875 is monitor it had to go to 466,525 and 466,900
if 466,900 is monitor it had to go to 466,525 and 466,7875

how to calculate offset ?
