The main menu (that blue bar just below the RadioReference.com logo) has a button called "Submit Info". Press that and tell the site about your newly found information. The database folks will handle things from there. Assuming everything is OK (follows site rules for posting, etc.) it should show up in the database shortly after that (may be a few hours, may be a few days based on the time available and workload of the database volunteers).

Are you certain that this is the correct frequency to submit? This looks like the input
frequency for repeater. The output would be on 422.275. Normally you listen to the
output, which is stronger.

Also, this may be part of a system, not necessarily an independent channel. I am
not certain but you may also want to listen on 420.2625, 420.3125, and 423.6875.
Possibly this one:

I'll look into that. Thx.

Don't know how to find repeaters. I just use close call. If u can tell me how to find repeaters that would be great.

P.s. Only got into scanners for only 7 months now so I'm fairly new to all of this

In this band, the repeater outputs are 421-425MHz range and their inputs are usually "5MHz"
higher, 426-430MHz range. The separation can be 4.9875, 5.0000, or 5.0125MHz.

In the band 420-421MHz (outputs), the inputs are 11.0000MHz down (409-410MHz).
