How to set up SERESA on pro 106

Your asking how to setup a 106 but you dont have a digital scanner nor can afford one even as I went out of my way to find you three digital radios on craigs list more or less in your area for $200 - $250? Those prices ... Thats DARN cheap! 
As you know I put together a setup file for you long ago for the pro 96 you asked about. ( took some time to do so too )
