how to shares the same TG list on 396xt

Spend the last three hours to find out how to enable one Talk-group with three Sites.
I loaded my 396t file for Marin County where I had to have all talk-groups in all three system.
Trying to figure out how to link them together.
Did the search goggle and easier to read Manual and could not find it.
Thank you for any help.

You create 1 system with all the sites and talkgroups in that single system. You can't "link" systems together.

And if you want to make it more complex, you can assign different start up keys to each site.
