BCD436HP/BCD536HP: How to Tell If Encrypted

Just got the scanner and was looking into the Sentinel software database. How can I tell if a TGID is encryped? I might have just bought a scanner that is of no use in my area

I am not sure if you can tell by the programing but my 436 will stop on the TG for a couple of seconds and the move on without making any noise

As a rule, on my scanners, if the RR database shows an "E" I don't even bother programming it. Saves a lot of hassle if you ask me.

Can't Verify Encrpted PSAP

PSAP Eastcom is now STARCOM21, but the RR database shows still as trunked EDACS, trying to pickup on my new BCD436HP but think it is encrpyted. Doesn't stop[ long enough to read the display. Don't know how to fget at just Eastcom.
