How To Tell Unitrunker Which Site To Use

If you have an EDACS system that has 2 sites and you've programmed them into Unitrunker, how do you tell it which site you want to track and monitor? This is with 2 USB dongles running.

Is there a way to make it search through all the frequencies in the site and have Unitrunker automatically acquire the control channel like a scanner, or do you have to manually tell it which frequency is the control channel everytime you switch sites?
