HOw to update info in the database

There is some info in the maps and data area for unit numbers etc that need updated, but the choices only allow you to choose, conv. trunk, or news? Can anyone help me on how to update our new Police unit numbers the the county (Ohio)?

I originally posted a reply, but I didn't read what you said completely first. I see your problem. You want to update a map or some codes on a site that already has maps or codes, so it doesn't give you a link to submit those maps or codes. Hmm. I'd probably still just trying to submit for a conventional system or something and explain in the submission where the updates apply.

Just submit them as you normally would a freq, and explain this should update map xxxx. This DB Admin is smart enough and will understand your request.

Both previous responses are correct. Each map, list of codes, unit numbers, etc. are attached to a County, Agency, or TRS page. What ever has the information you want to submit corrections to, is the correct page to submit from. If you have a image that needs to be updated, send in a submission with your email address so that the DB Admin can contact you and get the image transferred. There is no method (currently) to submit an attached image with a submission.
