How to use Win 500 software

I purchased a PRO 106 and downloaded the 30 day trial of WIN 500. RS was good enough to program the local frequencies but I would like to add more. Under Help, WIN 500 says I need to go to RR for instructions on how to use the WIN 500 software. No idea on where to begin. Where can I find instructions?

Many thanks for your response. Sorry it's taken so long to get back to this forum but I am enrolled in the Castle Rock Police Department's Community Safety Volunteer program and it is taking quite a bit of time.

I am a retired fraud investigator and use the scanner when I am not on duty with CRPD. I'd like to meet with you to find out a lot more on how to find and program in new frequencies.
