Again, this note comes from a Scan-DC contributor whose writing is very hard to read; I've cleaned it up somewhat, but as before, any errors are probably mine;

howard co again is going to change their pd and parks talk groups

balt city is addng dpw to their 800 astro and leaving the uhf freqs in
june.

I did some checking with one of my sources, and to this persons knowledge, there are no changes coming any time soon.
