Howard County Live Feed Provider

I'd like to send a message to the provider of the Howard County live feed.
Can that person please PM me? Or can someone advise who it is so I can send him a message.
I don't know how to locate feed owners.

Which feed provider? I no longer stream, but the HCDFRS (Howard County Department of Fire & Rescue Services) does stream some of their talkgroups.
