HP-1 AC Power causing a Buzzing noise

Is there a way to fix the Buzzing noise? I am streaming my scanner on the home network (to IPhone) and when plugged in there is a loud buzz, when unplugged there is no buzz. Would an AC-DC adapter work (to use the cig lighter plug)? Is there a better AC Adapter I could buy?

I tried at least 3 other wall outlets, moving the HP around as well, looked over the wiki, still buzzing...

Any other suggestions? The cheaper the better...lol

I am about to set it up so I can listen while at work, but would like to fix the buzz first.
