HP-1 and Marion Co P25 not working

I can't seem to get Marion Co P25 to work with the HP-1.
I had no problems with the Pro-106. I even try to use ARC Patrol and
Nothing. Would appreciate any help.

have you updated the database lately, i drive up I-75 on my way home and back and can hear it
also try setting it up as a favorite list and scan it by itself
