HP-1 Firmware upgrade failed ?

With sentinel I updated firmware to 2.03 the latest. HP has ultimate activated. After re-boot on direct entry menu "filter" does not appear? and I can't get data going out the usb in serial mode with drivers installed. It appears that the firmware update did not include the functions pictured on the unitrunker HP1 site. Now I try to upgrade firmware and all it says is curent version installed? UP MAN HELP ! Did I oops something here? all past updates worked great and added functions.

The "direct entry" screen looks like the "raw data output" screen (which is under Advanced Options menu). Filter button is on the "raw data output" screen only.
