HP-1 iCall - any way to add a scan delay?

Hey everyone,

I have iCall programmed up on a few systems with the i0 trick and it works great, but it refuses to wait after an iCall transmission is complete even though the delay column clearly says "2 seconds". Am I missing something? Is it a bug or is it just something I'm not understanding?
