HP-1 Logging

First I want to thank all for their recommendations in getting my HP-1 up & running after I upgraded to Windows 7 64 bit.

The current problem is that when using ARC PATROL virtual control (Butel) I only see 1 or 2 results on the log grid despite a multitude of calls. Any Ideas as to what the problem is?
