I have a HP I Recently turned it on and rec the following message SD File Error I followed the instructions and nothing changed (tried more than one time) Ordered a new chip and when I installed it the same message came up. I have the Sentinel software but do not know what to do next to correct this issue. Could use a little help (a lot of help for an old guy) Thank You Bob
