HP-2 issues please help!!!

I am trying to monitor a P25 system in Florida, why is it "deaf"? It shows getting strong signals, but no sound, and I'm right in town...Also, Sentinel shows I have current updated database, but scanner shows database version dated 07/14/2014...What gives? Is it the antenna? Is all of Florida on Provoice or what?

You need to "write" to the scanner to update the database in it, you only updated Sentinel.
