HP-2: HP 2 Issues

New HP 2 attempting to update firmware and data base, I get a message as follows.

Updating HP 2 failed
Operation canceled
The remote server returned an error: 229
Extended passive mode entered (11146481)

I am stumped and hope someone has come across this and can help. I am using Tmobile home internet.

Are you using T-Mobile home as your ISP? They block FTP port 21 which Sentinel uses for data downloads. Some folks have had luck using their phone as a hot spot and connecting to that WiFi.

Reports here say that FTP (file transfer protocol) is blocked by TMobile home internet.
