HP Sentinel Audio Import Questions

Sentinel Discovery with Extreme Update mode only imports the audio from the scanner in that mode. Is there a setting I'm missing to import the regular scan mode recorded audio? Second is their a way to extend the amount of files in the recorded audio session? The scanner seems to start a new folder every hour.
