Hello:
I have a HP1 with the extreme upgrade. I have had it for 6+ months and had no issue. I recently wanted to get back into scanning so I decided to update the database and any firmware that was available.
The problem is that the software does not see the radio. I plug in to the USB, get a beep and the radio asked me for Mass Storage or Serial mode. I choose Mass Storage. In sentinal I try to upload/dowload from radio or update the database. The database update downloads but I can not upload into the radio.
I click refresh and it never sees the radio. Note, I have done this many times before using the same PC and radio just fine.
I removed home patrol and reinstalled but same issue.
My HP1 reports version 2.02.
