hp1 trouble

hello. I have not updated my hp1 to the extreme version. Since then, a few agencies in the area have rebanded and my hp1 has not updated with them. I'm wondering if everyone has to spend the $100.00 to upgrade if they want their hp1 to keep updating. Has anyone else experienced this?

You do not have to purchase the Extreme Upgrade in order to get the latest updates. You do, however, need to apply all updates. See ExtremeUpdate < HomePatrol < TWiki if you don't understand how to update your Sentinel software and unit firmware.

had to remember to write the database to the scanner......after all said and done, made a world of difference...problem solved...thank you so much
