In the picture HCSO96 posted, I see 773.45625, which is a voice channel on the Wauseon site on the NWOPSRS.

For the most part, all you need to have is the control channel for the site you wish to listen to. In regards to the pic I sent you, I was monitoring the Wauseon Site which has a control channel of 771.50625. If you refer to the sites listed in RR, 773.45625 is a channel used by the Wauseon Site. Radio traffic will grab an available channel on the site and use that to talk to the site. Concentrate on the control channel, verify you have good signal, and the rest will fall into place. Also, if you are looking for IDs, make sure you have your scanner set to ID search. This will show you any TGID that is using that system. If you already have the TGIDs that you want to monitor, then program them into your scanner, set the scanner to ID Scan.
