What are you using to mount the HP2 in your vehicle?

I have a 2005 Silverado and was looking at using one of the cup holders. I don't want to drill holes.

I understand I'll need the bracket (BCKHP-1).

Thanks

I have the Uniden mount, but have to drill holes to use.

I have been using a cup holder mount from Bracketron. (No holes)

You can get mounting solutions that match the Uniden clip at RAM Mounts.

There is an arm that attaches to a seat bolt, and you use the HP mount on it. Works well.

I have a Uniden clip. Checking some of the Ram mounts. Does the Uniden clip have its 2 bolt holes in the "industry standard AMPS hole pattern"?

I use the Uniden mount attached to a ram ball socket. Then the assembly is mounted on a Garmin beanbag GPS mount that sits on top of my dash. Works well for me.

How does the Uniden mount attach to the ball socket? Do you have pics or part numbers.

Thanks to all for the responses.

I have the same RAM ball - if memory serves me - 3 or 4 of the screws line right up

There are a couple different ball configs. A rectangle and a round one, think mine is round. Sorry but it's a pita to get to.

FWIW - I run 3 different RAM balls in the SUV and have another on a suction cup sometimes.

Thanks to all for the responses.

here is my setup. don't have a part number for the Ram to Garmin adapter. got it from ebay. beanbag mount was a buck at Goodwill. most folks think it is a GPS. if I want to hide it, I just pick the whole thing up and put it under the center tray of my Odyssey.

STROP DROP Sticky pad. GREAT!

Got this STOP DROP sticky pad "free" when I ordered my Stop Drop side front seats insert to prevent keys and things from falling along side our front seats .

Holds my HP-2 very secure in my 2016 SUBARU Outback ( have a perfect mounting location) and retains its "sticky" with just a wash of warm soapy water. Might work for your application?
