HPDB update question

I apologize in advance if this has been asked, but a search didn't help answer my question. Perhaps I didn't word my request properly, but anyway.....

I don't have access at the moment to my HP-1 to try it myself, but I'm wondering if the database can be updated by having the microSD card inserted directly into my computer? I've only had my HP-1 for a few weeks, and the few times I've updated, I've hooked it directly to my PC via USB cable. When I update the database on my PSR-800, I pull the SD, just wondering if it works for the HP-1 as well.

Yes. You can plug the card into a Micro SD reader and use that, instead (it is much faster).
