Ht 1250 programming

Good evening, when I try to program a hand full of ht1250 radios I get a microsoft visual c++ runtime error. The rest of them are programming fine and I don't know why. Any help would be greatfull.

what version CPS and what version windows?

I'm using windows xp professional 2002 and the CPS is R06.12.02
