HT1250 Programming....HELPPPP!!!!!

Hello all! I need somebody...ANYBODY'S help. I have purchased a new HT1250 VHF Motorola. I have the CPS software, however, the version I have is out-dated for my new portable... is there ANYONE in the Colorado Springs area that could help me out or point me in the right direction? I've found some dealers that will program...for only $300!?!?! Thank you, in advance!!
