The EMS coordinator at the Hazmat Scene told REMCS that this is the freq that EMS is on and that this is the HC Inter-Op Channel.

First time I've heard of this...anyone else?

try 463.475..... the 468 might be the repeater input.

McCabe's Ambulance Service has two licensed repeaters on 463.4750 MHz in Jersey City and Bayonne on license WQDW446.

I am a member of Hudson County OEM as a deputy coordinator and never heard it either.
The McCabe freq. makes since McCabe EMS has a Communications truck with county radios in it.
