Question for you Hudson Valley area listeners:

I sometimes see references to "lower" or "upper" Hudson Valley area.

Which counties are in each group and is there a "middle"?

Just a curious question i have been meaning to ask.

AFAIK, the break between upper and lower (or upper and mid) is around Poughkeepsie where the River becomes a tidal estuary.
