Hull/NCR: 854.8875 Cap+ for CTM LTÉE

Just passing through, found what I think is a new Cap+ system for CTM?

DSDPlus reports 854.8875 as Channels 1&2 for a Cap+ system. TG 8 was active. TAFL returns as CTM Ltee at 10 Wellington.

It see it as as Cap+ Site 1 CC 5 Slot 1 and 2

855.1375 Slot 3 and 4 CC 5
860.3375 Slot 5 and 6 CC 5

860.3375 may have the same CC=5 but it belongs to a different system.
