I haven't been through Humbolt in years, but I do know that they comunicate via VHF repeater between 153.0000 Mhz and 157.0000 Mhz. Search betweent those frequencies and you should be able to find them.

I do not specifically know what channel(s) is/are used in Humboldt. I have some information, but it is really old and could have changed.
However, here is a full list of the RCMP VHF repeater and simplex channels used in Saskatchewan:
1. 155.430 (R)
2. 155.580 (R)
3 155.700 (R)
4 155.640 (R)
5 156.030 (R)
6. 155.610 (R)
7. 155.340 (R)
8. 156.240 (R)
9 155.670 (S)
10. 155.460 (S)
11. 155.310 (S)
12. 156.240 (S)
They will be using one or more of the above channels. Plug them all in and you'll hear them soon enough. They'll have at least one repeater serving the area, and you'll probably also find car to car activity on channel 9.
