What I'm gathering is that a hunter reported over FRS radio that he had been shot, likely by another hunter. However, authorities are leaving open the possibility the radio transmission was a hoax. They are not doubting the person reporting hearing this though.
Authorities have found an unoccupied vehicle with hunting gear in it. They are in the process of trying to determine whose it is, etc and if there are any overdue hunters.

Bloodhound and helo enroute.
DGIF will be trying to make contact on FRS ch1.
2255-Looking in the vehicle of interest they saw map showing a location apparently matching the description of the location reportedly given over the radio. They are making entry to get the map.
