Hunters Amb.: encrypted or what

Greetings,
I have heard a sound while listening to Hunters Amb. here in the Meriden area but am not sure what it is.
It almost sounds like a fire alarm klaxon but no discernible audio is heard have they gone to an encrypted radio system? Anyone know? please let me know. BTW it is heard on the 461.7875 frequency

Not sure if you're listening to the frequency some guys there were saying might have been a simulcast?

ive heard it also on 463.9125 but its not encryption I don't think because I heard them dispatching calls today for some reason after a while that noise goes away

Last Rumor I got for that system was it was going over to Kenwood Nextedge Digital a little at a time
So that's prob what it is the new DMR system
