Huntsville Police Unit Designators

I know the basic unit designator codes for Huntsville but there are several I only have a general idea of and quite a few new ones I’m not tracking at all. For example:

Alpha: North
Baker: South
Charlie: West
Fox: SRO
King: K9
Tango: Traffic

Cardinal: Investigations (Death?)
Frank: Investigations (Robbery/Burglary?)
George: Investigations (Misc.?)
Henry: Investigations (Major Crimes?)

I’ve also heard Echo (Training?), Lima (Maybe Drone units?), Nova, X Ray, some just called “Unit”, etc.

Does anyone have a good comprehensive list?

I’ve never understood the difference in Major Crimes vs Violent Crimes, as well as Property Crimes vs General Investigations. Both have always seemed redundant to me but idk. This list is directly from HPDs SOG book. I have a friend in major crimes. I need to reach out and find out the difference.
