Hi guys,
This may sound kinda stupid but I'll ask anyway, i was reading the wiki and I noticed the term HRU mentioned on various HVA units.....What exactly is an HRU supposed to be? Any help would be appreciated.

Which TG are you hearing this on? I do not hear it on D1.

You won't hear HRU on the radio, it was on the Huron Valley Ambulance Wiki page. I was just reading it over and seen the term HRU mentioned
4601 Tecumseh 4604 Adrian 4607 Irish Hills 4610 Raisin (4611 Adrian HRU) 4650 Adrian BLS 4670-4674 Adrian/Irish Hills BLS 4675-4679 Tecumseh/Raisin BLS . The one I am asking about is in parenthesis.

High response units, if I remember correctly. Probably busy basic cars doing lots of transfers... At least that's how I've always heard HRU to be, and I'm in the business.
