There is going to be a hurricane evacuation drill tomorrow (6/21/05) on I-26 between Charleston and Columbia. Listen out for talkgroups on Palmetto 800.

Drill

I noticed they were throwing new kinks into the system this time. I am not sure if they did this last year. They were having multiple accidents and then had the overpass bridge go out at 77. All kinds of discussion between Command Post and G1 and A2. Then discussion about setting up detour and directions with orders for DOT to take care of stuff. I found it interesting to listen to.

This was being used by HP Captains (A-1, G-1, etc) and other high ranking HP personell as well as "H" units.
