Hurricane Exercises

I am copying what sounds like air-related hurricane exercises on the Howard County TRS, TG-52208.

Hearing things like, "the helicopters need to start air-lifting patients from the clinic".
"this is General Noreaga requesting clearance to land 2 Blackhawks"
"Clear to land, winds NW at 50Mph."

This has been going on at least this whole week.
Very interesting that they're using a TG that is not even documented for Howard County (that I can find)...
But they are definitely on their TRS.

I've heard that chatter too, on TG 52208. Some of it sounded like air traffic control.

They stopped transmitting around 10:00....but they should be back this afternoon.
