Hurricane frequency lists

With Bill churning out in the Atlantic (and as of this morning, a quite strong Cat 3), it might be useful to try to find hurricane related frequencies and activity. There are many old lists floating around the net, and many are way out of date. If it still lists the old Hurricane Hunter HF net, it's very old - that net was disbanded years ago when a hurricane took out the transmitters and antennas in Homestead, Florida.

As I recall, the MARS frequency of 13927USB was used quite frequently in the past for Hunter phone patches.

Don't forget to check the Hurricane Watch Net web page to see if the Watch net or Health and Welfare net is active. It also has the latest forcast, warnings, and models.
