They can, they are on the hf band, not sure on specific frequency, but they can, but most is telemetry. Check the air Force Base aircraft frequencies

They haven't been on their HF networks for a long time now - as I understand it, it's now only used as a backup if the satellite systems are having issues.

They have been known to check in using the MWARA frequencies so they can coordinate with civilian air traffic. It's been quite a while, but if memory serves, their callsigns include Gull and Teal. We have maps, links and frequencies here
