Hwy 119 and I-25 Semi Truck Roll Over

At Hwy 119 and I-25 under the over pass a semi truck has rolled over carrying anti-freeze and is now leaking. Mountainview responding and asking for aid from Fredrick/Firestone and also requesting Hazmat.
Now saying there is about 50 gallons of fuel and hydrolik oil on the ground.

I'm going to say this one is to blame on a top heavy load and I suspect that he came off the off ramp from I-25 on to Hwy 119, it is a 2 lane turn but can be a sharp turn at times.
