No, I did not hear these, I just did some searching around TAFL to see if there was anything listed for Ottawa Hydro, in which case I'm surprised that there's really, nothing listed other than the following frequencies.

I just thought I'd put it out here for anyone in the area close by that they might be able listen in to see what it is.
