I have a customer who has recently had problems with his BD615 uhf radios resetting. He has reported that up to 7 times in a day the radio can be in his pocket or sat on a desk and it just turns off and on again, making the tones. We have replaced batteries and even replaced the radios. He is an existing customer and is familiar with radios....but when we have had the radios back, there is no fault and they have been been sent back to Hytera and returned as no fault found. Anyone any ideas as to what could cause the radios to resent this way?
